Natural Pathways ABA Services exists to provide applied behavior services to the community. Our services are focused on obtaining positive behavior change, primarily through natural environment teaching. Natural Pathways utilizes age and developmentally appropriate assessments alongside family input to create individualized behavior plans for reducing maladaptive behaviors by increasing skills. We cater to clients from two years old to adulthood. The service model includes in home, daycare, group homes, schools, and community services.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Position Overview: As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a crucial role in the implementation of behavior analysis services under the supervision our team of BCBA’s. This position involves direct work with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans designed to address skill deficits and challenging behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans and collect accurate data on client behavior through sessions in home, school, or community settings.
Collaborate effectively with the supervising BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency and quality of services.
Maintain confidentiality of all client information and uphold ethical standards of behavior analysis practice.
Qualifications:
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes and community locations.
