Lorena Capote, originally from Cuba, immigrated to the United States 10 years ago and has since built a rewarding career as a skilled and compassionate RBT. Over the past five years, she has been dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges through evidence-based interventions in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Lorena has worked with clients across various age groups, focusing on enhancing communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors. Bridget Kenney is a highly experienced RBT with over 35 years of dedication to supporting individuals with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities. Over the past decade, she has focused her expertise on working with children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Bridget has excelled in residential care settings, serving as a House Manager where she oversaw daily operations, developed and implemented Individualized Service Plans, and trained staff on achieving residential goals. Her experience includes assisting psychologists with Behavior Plans and serving as a Shift Leader for UNC TEACCH in North Carolina, where she created home-like environments for clients, facilitated staff training, and supported daily living, vocational, and structured teaching goals. She has also been instrumental in curriculum development and maintaining individualized systems within residential and vocational programs. In addition to her residential care experience, Bridget has spent many years as a Teacher’s Assistant in Pre-K, Special Education/AU, and Elementary School classrooms. She has collaborated with educators and specialists to create and achieve individualized goals, implement Behavior Plans, and maintain strong communication with families, therapists, and school staff to support student success. Recently, Bridget and her husband of 32 years relocated to the area to be closer to their grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time on the water, hosting sleepovers, cheering from the sidelines at her grandchildren’s events, playing golf, gardening, and cooking. Bridget’s passion for helping individuals achieve their fullest potential shines through in her work, and she remains committed to creating positive and supportive environments for those she serves.

Tye McCarty, a native of Hernando County, FL, has a strong commitment to supporting individuals with exceptional needs. A 2013 graduate of Hernando High School, Tye has earned an Associate of Arts in Religion with honors, a Bachelor of Science in Biblical & Theological Studies with honors, and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Exceptional Student Education at the University of West Florida. He is also working toward certification as a Behavior Analyst. After high school, Tye enlisted in the United States Navy, where he served honorably in the Fleet Marine Force and within Naval Aviation and Intelligence. Following his military service, he transitioned to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2022, becoming a RBT through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Tye has extensive experience working with exceptional children and adults, ranging in age from 4 to 22 years old. He is passionate about helping individuals grow, not only academically but also in acquiring the skills needed to become independent and valued members of society. Tye’s mission is to empower others to be recognized for their abilities rather than their disabilities. Outside of his professional endeavors, Tye finds fulfillment in serving his community and fostering positive change in the lives of those he works with.

With extensive experience working with children and adults with Autism, dementia, and other disabilities, Ernesto has developed a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face and the strategies needed to support their growth. Ernesto is passionate about helping individuals live their best lives by utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques with compassion and dedication. His commitment to making a difference shines through in his empathetic approach and tireless work ethic. Currently pursuing his Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, Ernesto continues to build on his expertise to enhance the lives of those he serves. His medical background, combined with his passion for ABA, makes him a valuable asset to the Natural Pathways team.

Erin Mockler Eaton is a highly experienced RBT with over 20 years of expertise in the field of disabilities and special education. Throughout her career, she has supported individuals with a wide range of exceptionalities, including Emotional Behavior Disorders, Autism, Language Impairments, Traumatic Brain Injury, Learning Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities, and Other Health Impairments. Erin has held numerous roles that highlight her dedication to the field. She spent ten years as an early intervention teacher and three years as a behavior specialist in an elementary school. In her role as a behavior specialist, she conducted Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), provided behavioral services, addressed problem behaviors, and offered coaching to support students and educators. In August 2024, Erin transitioned to the role of RBT to focus on providing client-centered, ascent-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in natural environments. Her mission is to enhance the lives of the individuals she serves by delivering compassionate and effective support tailored to their unique needs. Outside of her professional work, Erin enjoys staying active outdoors and spending quality time with her family at Disney.
